Golfer's Nest RemodelThe owners of this mid-century home wanted a home conducive to spur of the moment entertaining that is indicative as golf enthusiasts living on the course. The original kitchen didn't take advantage of the views, the dining room was a built-in banquette and the family room wasn’t relating to the open concept space the owners desired.
Partnering with Tim Leitner Construction, the goal for the remodel was to create a flow from the spacious vaulted living room and dining area (divided by a two sided fireplace), with a new kitchen and family room layout that welcomed the frequent guests to this friendly home. The new wine bar, Shaker style cabinets, quartz counters, subway tile, pendant lighting, fresh drywall and paint , windows, ceilings and stained beams, trim and hardware, and beautiful grey toned hardwood floors though out make this a special one level gem. Entertaining will be an ease at this prime golf course location. |

Cooper Mountain Tri-Level Remodel
Desiring more land and privacy to raise their two young girls, this couple left the comforts of their newer home to embark on a journey of remodeling with this 60’s home on acreage with a built-in pool. H/S Interiors partnered with Mountainwood Homes for the new layout and initial bones of the construction, and then these homeowners rolled up their sleeves and continued the finishing touches of the remodel through their sweat equity. The original main floor, with less than 8’ ceilings and a wall dividing the kitchen/dining space from the living room, is now an open concept space. The new design showcases vaulted/beamed ceilings, shiplap walls, floating reclaimed shelves, all new dark blue kitchen cabinets, soft brass fixtures, stainless countertops, subway tile and hardwoods throughout.
The lowest level basement room would be any creative child’s dream with barn “chalkboard” doors concealing ample storage, double built-in bunk beds for sleepovers, an art center and (not shown) a sectional sofa/TV and built-in kitchenette. Check back – the master suite is on the drawing boards next! |
